• Providing technical support at service delivery points.

• Developing and implementing efficient strategies for HTS.
• Creating work plans and targets.
• Ensuring the availability of HTS commodities.
• Supervising and maintaining high standards.
• Conducting mentorship and capacity development.
• Ensuring documentation and data quality.
• Submitting regular reports to USAID.

Requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields, NASCOP Certification in HIV Testing and HIV supervisors or TOT training, and at least 4 years of post-qualification experience.
